Over eleven million people have applied for the R350 Social Relief of Distress grant (SRD) since August opened. Following are the handy steps to reinstate or reactivate your SRD policy if you’ve cancelled it.

• Click here to access the SRD website: https://srd.sassa.gov.za
• You can cancel your application under the ‘Cancel my application’ tab. Reinstate my cancelled supply application by selecting this option.
• Please provide your ID variety and mobile number. To ship, click the ship pin.
• Your six-digit one-time pin (OTP) number will be sent to you via SMS.
• Click on Verify Pin after entering the 6-digit OTP range.
• The phrases and conditions are acceptable.
• Your grant will be reactivated after a message asks if you intend to do so.
• Please select Yes.
